Terms of Service

Last updated: April 23, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, custodial wallet services, and digital asset transfer services ("Services") provided by Red Sea Enterprise LLC ("Red Sea", "we", "our" or "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Services may not be available to residents of all U.S. states or other jurisdictions. We may decline to open an account or provide Services at our discretion or where required by law.

2. Account registration and identity verification

To open an account, you must provide accurate information, including your full name, email, country of residence and any additional information requested. Identity verification (KYC) is required after registration. You must keep your account information current and notify us promptly of any changes.

3. Custodial wallet services

The Services include a custodial wallet that holds supported digital assets on your behalf. You authorize us to hold, transfer, and safeguard your digital assets in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. We may suspend, restrict or close your account in connection with compliance, security, or legal requirements.

4. Digital asset transfers

You may initiate transfers of supported digital assets to and from your account, subject to verification, applicable limits, and compliance review. Network fees may apply. Transfers may be delayed or declined where required by our policies or applicable law.

5. Fees, limits and availability

Network fees may apply to transfers. Transaction limits depend on your verification level (KYC tier). Services may not be available in all U.S. states or jurisdictions, and additional state licensing requirements may apply. We may update fees, limits, and supported assets from time to time.

6. Risk disclosure

Cryptocurrency involves risk. We do not guarantee profits or investment returns. Digital assets may lose value, and the value of digital assets may be highly volatile. The Services do not constitute investment advice, and we do not provide trading signals, recommendations, or guaranteed returns of any kind.

7. Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), sanctions, and tax obligations. You agree not to use the Services to facilitate any unlawful activity. We may monitor account activity, request additional information, and report activity to authorities as required by law.

8. Prohibited activities

You may not use the Services to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) circumvent compliance controls; (c) provide false or misleading information; (d) interfere with the operation or security of the Services; or (e) engage in any activity that we determine, in our discretion, presents undue risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Sea is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of digital assets due to network conditions, third-party actions, or events outside our reasonable control.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, in whole or in part, with or without notice, where we determine it is necessary or appropriate, including for compliance, security, or legal reasons.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
